Refund policy

At Trophy Watch Company, we stand behind the quality of our minimalist watches. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns & Refunds

60-Day Return Window – You may return your watch so long as it's in new or slightly used condition within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

Proof of Purchase – A valid order number or receipt is required.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns are done by mail, we will send you a return label that you can download, free of charge. There is no restocking fee. Please allow 10 days for your refund to be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
